Dear Sir/Madam, We are glad to inform you that the National Youth Meet (Rovers & Rangers) will be held at National Training Centre, Pachmarhi, Madhya Pradesh from 01st to 05th June 2015. The details of the Event are as under:Name of the Event : National Youth Meet Dates Venue : : How to Reach : 01st to 05th June 2015 National Training Centre, Bharat Scouts & Guides, Pachmarhi, M.P. Trains are available up to Pipariya on Jabalpur-Itarsi route. From Pipariya, Buses are available up to Pachmarhi. NTC is about 5 K.M. from Pachmarhi Bus Stand. Reporting Date : 01st June 2015 before Lunch. Reliving Date Who can attend : : Development Fee : 05th June 2015 after Lunch. Rover/Ranger between 15-25 Years of age. Atleast Nipun Stage in Rovering/Rangering having sound health may be selected according to the quota allotted to the State. Each candidate has to submit Physical Fitness Certificate from the appropriate authority. Unfit candidates should not be selected. Without State Headquarters deputation letter no candidate will be admitted. Note: Without Medical Fitness Certificate, Risk Certificate and deputation letter of the State, Participants will not be admitted in the Camp. Rs.100/- per head (Rover/Ranger) & Rs. 200/- Unit Leader. Special Fee : DDBP/18.04.2015 Rs. 80/- per head for Rover / Ranger & Unit Leader i.e., Rs 180/- per head for Rovers/Rangers & Rs 280/-for Unit Leader.
