APALACHEE 2015 FALL INTERNATIONAL CAMPOREE
Participants from: NE Georgia, Blue Ridge and Daniel Boone Councils
Weekend: 9-11 October, 2015
Location: Camp Rainey Mountain, Clayton, GA
The weekend will focus on exposure to other cultures around the world through
many different exhibits and activities, including:

Advancement Opportunities – Work on the Citizenship in the World Merit
Badge and International Spirit Award as well as participate in an internationally
sponsored service project to earn your Messengers of Peace ring.

Australian Rules Football and Cricket – The Atlanta Kookaburras and Atlanta
Cricket Association will be in attendance to explain their respective sports and
offer scouts a chance to play and learn sports that have international following

Amateur Radio – Scouts can learn the basics of Amateur Radio and have an
chance to talk with others from around the world

International Cooking Competition
Opportunities to learn about Scouting Heritage from outside the US
