providing the animals are of a different height.

Ponies not to exceed 133cms. 3 highest placed Restricted to qualify.
BSPS Novice WHP -133cms.
Ponies not exceeding 133cms, riders not to have attained 14th birthday by Jan 2015
BSPS Novice WHP – 143cms.
Ponies exceeding 133cms but not exceeding 143cms, riders not to have attained 17th
birthday by Jan 2015.
BSPS Novice WHP – 153cms.
Ponies exceeding 143cms but not exceeding 153cms, riders not to have attained 20th
birthday by January 2015.
Novice Intermediate WH:- Exceeding 148cms but not exceeding 158cms. Riders not to
have attained their 25th birthday by January 2015
Animals may not compete in the 153cms WHP class and the Intermediate WH
Class at the same show in the same section except at the RIHS (subject to confirmation).
BSPS Mixed Height Open (Restricted) WHP/WH. Not exceeding 158cms.
Competitors must jump in their correct height section and be the correct age
for the height of the animal. In a Mixed Height WHP/WH class riders may ride
more than one animal, providing the animals are of a different height. Riders
must declare if they are competing in the 153cms or Intermediate section.
Novice WHP/WH Championship - Open to 1st & 2nd prize-winners from Classes 8-15

All Rules as per the 2015 BSPS Rule & Show Handbook All ponies must be four years
old or over. Ages for riders as per the 2015 Rule & Show Handbook.
The above Classes apart from classes 1, 7, 16, 17 and 18 are qualifiers for the BSPS Winter
Championship Show. The 1st, 2nd & 3rd prize-winners will qualify in the Novice
Classes and in the Mixed Height Open (Restricted) Classes the 1st,2nd,3rd &4th prize-winners
overall will qualify and the four highest placed Restricted animals will qualify,
(riders on Restricted animals MUST wear an armband). Restricted animals may
also be placed in the overall class and qualify for both the Open & Restricted
sections.
The 1st prize winner from each of the Open/Restricted classes will qualify for the BSPS “Winter
Winners” Competition to be held at the BSPS Winter Championship Show. 1st - 4th prize winners in
the Open/Restricted classes will qualify for the Premier League at the Summer Championship Show
Animals must be registered before the date of the Show at which they qualify
for the Winter Championships and must be ridden by BSPS Members, except in
the case of exhibitors who have never been members before, who are allowed
7 days in which to become members and register their ponies, providing they
have a valid JMB Certificate before the date of the Championships they qualify for.
The Committee will not be responsible for or liable for any loss or damage sustained
by the exhibitors, riders or their horses/ponies and all entries are taken on this basis.
This show is affiliated to the BSPS and all persons competing or otherwise taking part
are subject to the constitutions and rules of the BSPS including disciplinary
procedures and shall be deemed to have consented to the jurisdiction of the BSPS.
