A one-day robot-building competition.
No robotics experience needed.
Open for students in grades 3-8.
Griffith Public Schools students will have robotic equipment provided for them.
Teams from other school districts will need to bring their own NXT or EV3
Mindstorm kit with either 2 light sensors or a light sensor and color sensor.
Permission slip/money deadline April 10th. Space is Limited.
Cost $20.00 per team (team consists of 1-3 people).
Schedule of Events:
8:45 a.m.: Check in opens—GHS Cafeteria
9:00 a.m.-10:45 a.m.: Robot building time—GHS Cafeteria
11:00 a.m.-12:00 p.m.: Competition and Awards—GHS Main Gym
Parking is on the Raymond Street side of the building by the football field. Enter through doors
labeled “LL”
