You will be prepared to: You Can Bring a - Perform an assessment of existing operations Brown Bag Lunch - Identify system strengths or Get a Sand- Identify areas for improvement wich at a local - Develop safety, security and emergency preparedness Eatery programs The certification is valid for three years and can be renewed online at www.ctaa.org/recertification. Workshop participants will learn how to conduct interviews and employ techniques useful in identifying and addressing all the benchmarks found in the FTA’s program’s eight critical areas.
