VP Marketing Job Description Title of Position VP Marketing Portfolio Academic Portfolio Service Commerce Mentorship Program Position Summary VP Marketing will be responsible for strategic marketing of CMP brand and ensuring services are being provided based on student demands Time Commitment 5~8 hours/week, 10~12 hours/week during exam seasons Term of Employment Main Responsibilities Qualifications Anticipated Learning Outcomes May 2015 -‐ May 2016 • Maintain brand image for CMP within current student population and increase brand awareness for incoming students • Manage all marketing channels to create constant presence of CMP • Design feedback survey questions to understand students’ needs • Analyze feedback responses and make adjustments to strategies as necessary • Work with VP Events and other executives to market CMP’s services • Promotion of Academic Consultants hiring event to increase pool of qualified applicants • Create supporting graphics for promotions of Inspire Conference • Attend review sessions to ensure that they are running smoothly • Ability to think strategically both short and long term • Excellent organizational and communication skills • Ability to work well in a team • Strong creativity and artistic abilities, • Knowledge of image editing software • Exceptional analytical skills • Commitment to CMP and passionate about its success VP Marketing for CMP should expect to fully develop skills in strategic planning and maintenance of brand image.
