Job Description
Cognitive Health Solutions, LLC is seeking licensed clinical providers (e.g., psychologist, professional counselor, or
clinical social worker) to join our team. We are a reputation-based practice with offices in Hanover, York, and
Chambersburg. There is an opportunity to work with all age groups and to provide a variety of services, including
psychological assessment and individual, family, and group psychotherapy. We offer a positive and supportive
work environment, and we strive to provide the highest quality care and services. We welcome applications from
new and experienced clinicians. Applicants must be licensed, have outstanding clinical skills, and be eligible to be
credentialed with health insurance companies. Knowledge and experience with cognitive-behavior therapy (CBT)
and/or children and adolescents a plus. There are opportunities in all of our offices. Part-time or full-time options
are available.

About Us
Cognitive Health Solutions, LLC (CHS) is a practice dedicated to promoting cognitive and behavioral health for
children, adolescents, and adults. Dr. Ray W. Christner started CHS in 2009 as a growth of his part-time private
practice. CHS continues to grow, and at this time, we are expanding our clinical service providers. We now have
offices in Hanover, York, and Chambersburg. CHS continually strives to provide the most studied and evidencedbased intervention and evaluation approaches in psychology, education, and mental health. Our assessment and
evaluation services follow a neurocognitive process-oriented approach, which integrates quantitative test data,
qualitative behavior observations, background information, and current research in psychology and neuroscience.
Our intervention services are specialized, using a Cognitive-Behavior Therapy (CBT), which is a well-studied and
research-based psychotherapy. It has been shown to be effective with a number of mental health conditions,
including depression, anxiety, anger, etc.
