There were 10 teams at the finals tournaments, all winners of runners up in their leagues. Dinglewell were in Pool B, playing against Grange, Harwicke, Elmbridge and Kingsholm. The team played superbly throughout all of their matches, not losing a match. This meant they went through to the semi-finals against Hempsted. After winning the semi-final 5-2, they progressed to the final against St Mary’s. They kept their cool and their heads after going 0-1 down. They fought back with some excellent team play and eventually won 4-2. As Tournament winners they were also in action at the County Finals Tournament on Wednesday this week and a full report will be in the next newsletter.
