Educational objectives: This two day course will cover the fundamentals of flow
cytometry to provide critical concepts for the novice and intermediate user. This
course focuses on the core concepts of flow cytometry - the ‘basics’ that every
scientist using flow cytometry should know. At the end of this course, students will
have a better understanding of the complexities of flow cytometry experimental
design, optimization, and analysis.
