Strength





Weight Blast: Advanced: Burn fat and tone your body with a combination of weights and cardio at high intensity. Incorporating styles such as: Tabata, HITT, or circuit training. 55min.
Bodies in Motion: Beginner/Senior. Low impact aerobics. Resistance muscle work with weights and stretching. Extra safe on the joints. Props available for support. 55 min.
Butts n Guts: All fitness levels welcome. A high energy class muscle conditioning class that tones and shapes your hips, thighs, butt and abdomen. Exercises target and tone your entire
core and lower body. A fun and stress-relieving way to burn off calories! 55 min.
Upper Body Burn Out- A amazing resistance training workout that focuses on core strength and the muscles of the upper body; arms, back, and chest. This class will use a variety of
equipment; dumbbells, barbells, glides, and more! 55 min.
Core Challenge: 30 Minute segment using a wide variety of equipment to work and strengthen the abdomen, the belly, that part of the body that contains all of the structures
between the chest and the pelvis.
Cardio




Zumba: A fusion of Latin and international music, Zumba creates exciting and effective fitness through dance routines. Zumba utilizes interval training and resistance training to
maximize caloric output, fat burning and toning. 55 min.
Booiaka: Is a new revolutionary cardio dance workout that fuses Latin, Brazilian Jamaican, Hip Hop, Old School and Reggaeton dance styles. Based on muscle memory and easy-to-learn
movements combined with a progressive increase in cardio training throughout the class. 55 min.
Cardio Core Circuit: Is broken into five fitness rounds and is very cardio intensive. In each round you will do three short cardio drills back to back and then repeat them (so it's six cardio
bursts per round). After each of these cardio groupings you will do intense functional core work. 55 min.
Cardio Kickboxing- Cardio Kickboxing is a combination of kickboxing, high intensity interval training, dance and the hottest music. It’s the ultimate cardiovascular challenge that’s a
unique blend of intense intervals, strength, and endurance training. 55 min.
Silver Sneakers


Silver Sneakers Classic: Have fun and move to the music through a variety of exercises designed to increase muscular strength, range of movement and activities for daily living. Handheld weights, elastic tubing with handles and a Silver Sneakers ball are offered for resistance. A chair is available if needed for seated or standing support. 55 min.
Silver Sneakers Cardio Circuit: Combine fun with fitness to increase your cardiovascular and muscular endurance power with a standing circuit workout. Upper body strength built by
working with hand-held weights, elastic tubing and SS ball is alternated. 55 min.
Mind and Body






Yoga Fundamentals: Tailored for all levels. This class focuses on intentions, breath, proper alignment and postures. With an emphasis on guidance in modifications, as well as, offers
challenging poses for the advanced student. 55 min.
Yoga Flow: Tailored for all levels. This style is sometimes also called flow yoga, because of the smooth way that the poses run together and become like a dance. The breath becomes
an important component because the teacher will instruct you to move from one pose to the next on an inhale or an exhale. 55 min.
Basics Yoga: This class is perfect for beginners as well as experienced yoga practitioners. We will stretch and strengthen the body through a wide variety of yoga postures with focus on
proper alignment and linking breath and movement. 55min.
Power Pilates: Students should be capable of exhibiting the principles of concentration and control as each exercise transitions from one to the next. Pilate’s workouts focus first on
developing strength through the core of the body--the back, abdomen and hips, elongated supple muscles, and balance between body and mind, with all the parts of a person working
as a whole. 55 min.
Tai Chi Fundamentals and Tai Chi: Offers a simplified, systematic approach for learning Tai Chi basics that maintains the integrity of traditional Tai Chi principles. This class introduces
components of Tai Chi practice that foster health of mind, body and spirit, and most importantly, balance and stability while moving. This class can serve as a complete exercise
program and provides solid basic training for those who wish to progress to the more complex form training of traditional Tai Chi. It may be taken independently or in conjunction with
the Friday morning Tai Chi: Is a centuries-old Chinese martial art that descends from qigong, an ancient Chinese discipline that has its roots in traditional Chinese medicine. Slow,
rhythmic, meditative movements designed to help you find peace and calm. 55 min.
Capoeira: Is a Brazilian martial art that combines elements of dance, acrobatics and music. 55 min.
