Aqua Energy: Aqua Energy is a pool based class designed to
reduce pressure on joints providing a low impact workout.
AB Blast: AB Blast is a short workout that focuses on your
abdominal muscles to improve core strength. All classes are 15
minutes and are a great compliment to your regular workout
schedule.
Box & Burn: Box & Burn is a high energy class focusing on
boxing technique and strength drills. Supported with great music,
you will be doing strength exercises to sparring with gloves and
pads included.
Cardio Blast: Cardio Blast is a multi-level cardio workout based
on traditional aerobics. The focus of this workout is as much on
having fun as it is on exercising all while you move to great music.
Cardio Kickbox: Cardio Kickbox is an energising shadow box
class designed to make your muscles burn. Using combinations of
punches, kicks and drills you will work the whole body in a high
energy workout.
Cardio Spice: Cardio Spice is a dance based class that
incorporates Latin, Hip Hop, Disco and many more styles into
easy to learn combinations. This class is designed to improve
your co-ordination, rhythm and endurance all while having fun.
Core Power: Core Power incorporates Pilates, Yoga, new
and traditional core training techniques to challenge your
core strength and stability. Introducing controlled breathing
and concentration, you will primarily focus on the lower back,
abdominals and glutes.
Muscle Max: Muscle Max is a weight training class designed
to increase strength, bone density and muscle mass across the
entire body.
Muscle Sculpt: Muscle Sculpt uses a variety of weight
bearing and body weight exercises to sculpt your body shape.
The focus of the class is on high repetition movements with low
weight loads to sculpt your muscles faster.
Never2Old®: never2old® is a gym based programme for the
over 60’s focus on functional easy to follow exercises designed
to support an independent lifestyle. The programme offers
modified sports, social activities and outdoor challenges all for
New Zealand’s older adults.
Pilates: Pilates emphasises the balanced development of the
body through core strength, controlled breathing, flexibility and
awareness in order to support efficient, graceful movement.
Power Play: Power Play is a circuit style class that
incorporates a range of body weight and weight bearing
exercises into a workout.
Re-Flex: Re-Flex focuses on flexibility through traditional
stretching with elements of Yoga, Tai Chi, and Pilates. This is
combined with relaxation exercises to relieve stress and leave
you feeling re-invigorated.
Spinning®: Spinning® is the original indoor cycling
experience. This is a high energy class that will see you doing
anything from endurance, strength or sprint exercises.
Step Moves: Step Moves is a high energy workout that
makes you feel alive. This workout will have you doing simple
movements on, over and around a height adjustable step, perfect
for fat burning and toning.
Step Power: Step Power takes Step Moves to another level
with high and low intensity patterns. Movements are often more
athletic with simpler choreography, perfect for burning fat and
toning up.
Tai Chi: Tai Chi focuses on gentle, flowing movements
to cultivate the link between your mind and body. This is a
relaxing workout that will leave you feeling calm, refreshed and
energised.
Yoga: Yoga is best known as a spiritual, mental and physical
discipline that originates from India. Develop your strength and
flexibility whilst focusing on breath control and relaxation.
Zumba®: Zumba® combines Latin rhythms with easy to follow
moves creating dynamic dance based exercise.
