PET POLICY
PETS ARE ALLOWED ONLY WITH PRIOR APPROVAL
AND WITH THE FOLLOWING CONDITIONS:
1. Pets are NOT allowed inside the cabin due to other guests having sensitivities to pet allergens.
2. They can remain inside the screened in porch area only if they pose no risk to damaging the
furniture, wood, doors, or screens.
3. Pets must be crated at night while inside the screened in porch.
4. Pets must be well behaved and house-trained. They cannot be aggressive or threatening toward
people.
5. Pets must be on a leash outside if there are guests in the other cabin or if people from the public
are in the area. Leashes cannot be longer than 25 feet.
6. Pet owners are responsible for picking up and disposing pet feces in a trash receptacle.
7. Pets cannot be excessively noisy and disturbing to other guests in the area. Pets that continually
disturb the peace will be asked to leave. Guests would have the option of returning the pet home
or checking them into the local kennel during the stay.
8. Guests that bring a pet will issue a check in the amount of $200 for a refundable deposit. The
deposit is due at check-in. The check will be destroyed after the cleaning custodian reports no
issues. Guests agree to pay any damages that exceed the $200 deposit if that should happen.
9. There is an additional $15 charge per night per pet.
