IHBC members (Full, Associate or Affiliate) to propose a presentation title/topic of their own choice. This opportunity to share members’ experience and knowledge celebrates the diversity within the IHBC membership. Presentations shall relate to one or more of the IHBC Areas of Competence and will be approximately 10 minutes, depending on numbers, with a brief Q&A session thereafter. Members interested in presenting must submit the following details by email to the event organiser, IHBC Scotland Branch committee member Craig Frew at [email protected] by Friday 24 April with: Name; Job title; Employer; Presentation title; and a Brief description (less than 50 words!). The final programme and booking form will be issued to all IHBC Scotland members in the following week. Those presenting will be exempt from the delegate fee. Branch Connection event for both IHBC Scotland and IHBC North Late September 2015 (times/programme to be confirmed) Scottish Borders (venues tbc) The branch Committee is arranging a meeting with IHBC North as a follow up to a memorable outing in Berwick-upon-Tweed some years ago. The Annual School in Edinburgh had rekindled the idea for a rematch and there the North branch had summoned us to organise a like social event based around suitable CPD themes. Watch this space for an opportunity to mingle with our Cumbrian and North East England conservation colleagues (IHBC North)! There were around 20 affiliate members from all disciplines.
