A full program consist of the first day paperwork completion and review by HR, dept./division specific training by the new employee’s dept., job specific training by the immediate supervisor, and an overview of the organization, general employee expectations, etc., by Training & Development. All four pieces of the program are critical for employee retention, as well as for getting employees started on the right foot, with all the information needed to be successful employees.
