Ocean County 4H Spring Craft Fair and Open House

We invite crafters of handmade goods to apply to the Ocean County 4H Spring Craft Fair. This fair will be outdoors at the
location of the Ocean County 4H activities. In addition to crafts, the event will feature – 4H exhibits including chick
hatching demonstrations, master gardeners exhibits and games. The 4H will host the spring fair to raise funds and invite
the community to learn more about the 4H clubs and activities. The fair will be heavily advertised in local & major
newspapers, websites, public venues, and with extensive networking, signage, and flyers. Please note booths are right up
against one another, so if you wish to have wiggle room between your booth and your neighbor’s, we suggest you use 6’
wide tables. Three photos of your craft/display/and you crafting required.

The undersigned Exhibitor hereby applies for exhibition space at the above named show & encloses payment herein. Craftique Promotions, its owners,
agents, workers, and the Ocean County 4H (henceforth, “the 4H”) shall not be liable for property damage or personal injury to Exhibitor, its agents or
employees, or customers which may occur in, on or about any part of the subject premises, regardless of how such injury or damage may have occurred.
Exhibitor waves any and all claims against Craftique Promotions, and the 4H, and assumes all liability for loss or damage to Exhibitor's property
entrusted to the premises. Exhibitor shall hold Craftique Promotions and the 4H harmless from any and such claims and indemnify Craftique
Promotions and the 4H against all liability or expenses arising out of any claim of injury or damage to any person or property, together with all costs
incurred in connection with the defense thereof, including reasonable attorney's fees. The above-mentioned parties will not be held responsible if the
show is canceled for any reason. The use of porters, if available, to assist unloading and loading is at Exhibitor's own risk. Exhibitor is responsible for
obtaining a NJ sales tax number, collecting sales tax, and remitting the monies to the state. Visit http://www.state.nj.us/treasury/revenue/
gettingregistered.htm. NO REFUND if booth is canceled fewer than 14 days prior to show. Fair is rain or shine. Craftique Promotions reserves the
right to require immediate removal of items that are not handmade or hand-assembled by the crafter.
