Retail Store Manager
Goodwill has FT opportunities in various levels of retail management. Starting
potential includes base, bonus, and benefits with former supervisory retail experience.
About the Job:
 Provide leadership and sound decision
making in overseeing day to day
operations of a retail store including
meeting sales and budget goals
 Supervise 5-25 Team Members, filling
in for these positions as needed
 Levels available from store manager to
shift supervisor
 Advancement and bonus opportunities
Education and Experience:
Two or more years of experience in retail
supervisory role – previously demonstrated
examples of leadership, Associate’s or
Bachelor’s degree preferred
Must have valid NE license, reliable
transportation, and driving record that meets
insurance requirements; available to respond
to location as needed; flexibility within the
Lincoln area
The Ideal Candidate Will Possess These Qualities and
Abilities:
 Ability to make concrete decisions in variable situations
 Work with diverse populations
 Excellent communication, organization, and basic
computer skills
 Minimum 2-3 years previous retail supervisory
experience
