1.
All display material, including tent,
tables and chairs for your booth must be
provided by vendor.

space will have two 110 volt outlets.
Vendor must provide lights and extension cords. Fans are permitted.
3. Ice is available for your cooler.
Vendor must provide cooler.

4. AlleyFest will provide 24 hour security, but does not assume liability for
damage, loss or theft of an individual’s
work.

A viewing committee will be appointed to
review exhibits. The committee reserves the
right to reject any goods or displays deemed
unacceptable during the event or not
representative of slides submitted.
Pornography is prohibited.
NO FOOD OR BEVERAGE SALES

Failure to comply with the rules and/or
displays of inappropriate behavior will result
in expulsion from the show and ineligibility
for awards or admission to future AlleyFest
shows. Any artist expelled from the show
shall have no right to seek recovery of lost
profits or damages from AlleyFest, OHAOH,
Inc. or Longview Chamber of Commerce.
Each vendor must supply their own 10’X10’
tent. If you need more space, you can
purchase 2—10’X10’ spaces. Each vendor
shall submit 2 photographs. These photos shall
consist of their work, which must accurately
represent the majority of the work shown and
your booth display. Applications will NOT be
considered without photos and payments. The
photos of those accepted will be retained until
the last day of the show to insure against
misrepresentation.
Participants must display their work during

The application is a commitment to show, and
no refunds will be made after April 24, 2015.
Space will be forfeited for failure to appear
by 10 am Saturday May 16, 2015.
