Hope Lutheran Church is not responsible for accidents or injuries due to unauthorized use of the
property or building and also will not be responsible for loss or damage to any personal property.

Thank you for your interest in the 2nd Annual Messiah New Hope Bazaar. All of the funds
raised through this event go to supporting our congregation. We appreciate your
participation and generous support.

Exhibitor Acceptance:
Preference for Exhibitor Space will be given to Messiah New Hope Members and
returning exhibitors until Sunday, January 4th. Exhibitors are encouraged to get
their applications in ASAP as they will be accepted based on the date of receipt.
Majority of booth spaces do not have a wall as a backdrop. Please visit our church
if you would like to see the space.
Sales Tax:
All exhibitors must collect and report their own sales tax. If you do not have a SD State Sales
Tax ID#, a Special Event Tax Form will be provided for you at the bazaar.

Registration Deadline is Friday, March 27th.
