All of the funds raised through this event go to supporting our congregation. We appreciate your participation and generous support. Check in/Set Up: Check in/Set Up: Doors Open: Take Down: Friday 5:00pm-7:00pm Saturday 7:30am-9:00am Saturday 9:00am-3:00pm Saturday 3:00pm-5:30pm Exhibitor Acceptance: Preference for Exhibitor Space will be given to Messiah New Hope Members and returning exhibitors until Sunday, January 4th. Exhibitors are encouraged to get their applications in ASAP as they will be accepted based on the date of receipt. Majority of booth spaces do not have a wall as a backdrop. Please visit our church if you would like to see the space. Sales Tax: All exhibitors must collect and report their own sales tax. If you do not have a SD State Sales Tax ID#, a Special Event Tax Form will be provided for you at the bazaar. Registration: Please complete form and mail to Messiah New Hope Lutheran Church Registration Deadline is Friday, March 27th.
