Hot School Dinners The lunches supplied by school are all prepared and freshly cooked on site at Lincoln Carlton Academy daily. Fresh Homemade Bread made by our own school Chefs, provided every day. All fruit and vegetables served are sourced locally. Every day your child will be given the option of fresh fruit or an organic yogurt as an alternative to the pudding on the menu. Dietary requirements and allergies will be catered for and given the same meal but adapted to suit their needs. Week 4 – w/c 15th June 2015 Monday H: Pork meatballs in a tomato and herb sauce served with peas, sweetcorn & pasta Or V: Veggie meatballs in a tomato and herb sauce served with peas, sweetcorn & pasta Followed by chunky funky fruit in orange jelly or fresh fruit/yoghurt. Tuesday H: Funky chicken wraps with salad selection and sautéed potatoes Or V: Grated cheese wraps with salad selection and sautéed potatoes Followed by jammy cornflake tart or fresh fruit/yogurt. Wednesday H: Beefburger in a bun with potato wedges and slices of tomato & cucumber Or V: Veggie burger with potato wedges and slices of tomato & cucumber Followed by pineapple sponge or fresh fruit/yogurt. Thursday H: Fish fillet with new potatoes and green beans Or V: Country vegetable risotto with garlic bread Followed by Raspberry Ripple ice cream or fresh fruit/yogurt. Friday H: Roast chicken dinner with potato croquette, seasonal veg and gravy Or V: Veggie sausages with potato croquette, seasonal veg and gravy Followed by Zesty lemon curd cake or fresh fruit/yogurt.
