Hot School Dinners
The lunches supplied by school are all prepared and freshly cooked on site at Lincoln Carlton Academy daily.
Fresh Homemade Bread made by our own school Chefs, provided every day.
All fruit and vegetables served are sourced locally.
Every day your child will be given the option of fresh fruit or an organic yogurt as an alternative to the pudding on the
menu. Dietary requirements and allergies will be catered for and given the same meal but adapted to suit their needs.
Week 2 - w/c 29th June 2015
Monday
H: Hearty sausage & mash with seasonal veg and gravy
Or
V: Veggie sausages & mash with seasonal veg and gravy
Followed by summery peach melba or fresh fruit/yogurt.
Tuesday
H: Jacket potatoes with cheese & beans with crunchy carrot & cucumber salad
Or
V: Chunky vegetable lasagne with garlic bread
Followed by Raspberry jelly with floating mandarins or fresh fruit/yoghurt.
Wednesday
H: Special Fried Rice with Gammon Ham served with prawn crackers and peas
Or
V: Vegetable Special Fried Rice with peas and Tortilla Chips
Followed by sticky syrupy flapjack or fresh fruit/yogurt.
Thursday
H: BBQ chicken fillet with oven baked chips, corn on the cob and broccoli trees
Or
V: Lentil Ragu with oven baked chips, corn on the cob and broccoli trees
Followed by fabulous fresh fruit salad or fresh fruit/yogurt.
Friday
H: Roast Beef dinner with seasonal veg, potato croquette and gravy
Or
V: Quorn Roast dinner with seasonal veg, potato croquette and gravy
Followed by Queen Elsa’s frozen strawberry yoghurt or fresh fruit/yoghurt.

Followed by a gorgeous granola square or fresh fruit/yogurt.
Tuesday
H: Pork Sausage in a hot dog roll with onions and a cherry tomato, carrot and cucumber salad
Or
V: Veggie sausage hot dog with onions with a cherry tomato, carrot and cucumber
Followed by meringue with fresh strawberries and cream or fresh fruit/yoghurt.
Wednesday
H: Veggie mince spaghetti bolognaise with sweetcorn
Or
V: Jacket Potato with a selection of fillings
Followed by a chocolate and orange tray bake or fresh fruit/yogurt.
Thursday
H: Roast gammon with seasonal veg, roast potatoes and gravy
Or
V: Quorn Roast with seasonal veg, roast potatoes and gravy
Followed by apple flapjack or fresh fruit/yogurt.
Friday
H: Fantastic fishcake with baked beans and oven baked chips

V: Butternut Squash Risotto with a crisp side salad
