Hot School Dinners
The lunches supplied by school are all prepared and freshly cooked on site at Lincoln Carlton Academy daily.
Fresh Homemade Bread made by our own school Chefs, provided every day.
All fruit and vegetables served are sourced locally.
Every day your child will be given the option of fresh fruit or an organic yogurt as an alternative to the pudding on the
menu. Dietary requirements and allergies will be catered for and given the same meal but adapted to suit their needs.
Week 4 – w/c 11th May 2015
Monday
H: Pork meatballs in a tomato and herb sauce served with pasta
Or
V: Veggie meatballs in a tomato and herb sauce served with pasta
Followed by chunky funky fruit in orange jelly or fresh fruit/yogurt.
Tuesday
H: Funky chicken wraps with salad selection and sautéed potatoes
Or
V: Grated cheese wraps with salad selection and sautéed potatoes
Followed by jammy cornflake tart or fresh fruit/yogurt.
Wednesday
H: Beefburger in a bun with potato wedges and baked beans
Or
V: Veggie burger with potato wedges and baked beans
Followed by pineapple sponge or fresh fruit/yogurt.
Thursday
H: Country vegetable pasta bake
Or
V: Jacket potato with a selection of fillings
Followed by Neapolitan ice cream or fresh fruit/yogurt.
Friday
H: Sizzling sausage casserole with crunchy carrots
Or
V: Veggie sausage casserole with crunchy carrots.
Followed by Zesty lemon curd cake

H: Sunny mango & chicken curry with a side of vegetable rice

V: Fruity Butternut Squash & Mango curry with a side of vegetable rice
Followed by fabulous fresh fruit salad or fresh fruit/yoghurt.
Wednesday
H: Penne pasta bolognaise topped with cheese served with a salad garnish
Or
V: Veggie Mince pasta bolognaise topped with cheese with a salad garnish
Followed by a spiced apple and sultana slice or fresh fruit/yogurt.
Thursday
H: Oven baked jacket potato with baked beans and cheesy coleslaw

H: Mild spiced chilli with vegetable rice and tortilla chips to scoop!
