Virtustream, a leading provider of cloud services,
observed rising support calls during peak development
hours due to database query timeouts resulting from
high (150 ms) storage latency. Looking for an
economical way to scale out storage performance, they
chose PernixData FVP software with server flash,
installed in existing servers to complement the existing
NetApp and Dell Compellent arrays. As a result, latency
