16th Annual PCA Culinary Salons of Excellence & Trade Shows

Dear Friends,
As President of the PROFESSIONAL CHEFS ASSOCIATION, I am proud to present the
16th Annual PCA Culinary Salons of Excellence & Trade Shows
We are bringing in the top decision makers, chefs and
food buyers, with hundreds of millions in purchasing
power: leading research, corporate and executive chefs,
owners, food & beverage directors and purchasing directors from
today’s market place.
COMPETITIONS: We will hold three major food competitions
at each city:
1. Ice Carving
2. Pastry Competition
3. Vegetable Competition
with $ 20,000.00 in prize money. In conjunction with the PCA Culinary Salon, national, regional and
local vendors will feature their newest and latest culinary products.
This year, with generous help from corporate sponsors, as wells as vendors and local corporations, the
PCA will help raise funds for local student scholarships and outreach programs for the advancement of
Culinary Arts.

The Professional Chefs Association works closely
with the media communities for our trade show’s
exposure. We also advertise in local industry trade
publications such as Restaurant Industry News.
Our staff collaborate and promote our trade shows
by ways of email blast and efax to our 60,000
member database of industry’s leading buyers:
Executive Chefs, General Managers, F&B
Directors and Purchasing Managers. Our staff will
also RSVP our attendees, do reminder calls and
utilize social media such as Blogging, Twitter and
Facebook, etc.
Our PCA Charities and Outreach programs are
most important to us. We help raise funds at our
show to benefit local charities, schools and
scholarship programs for the advancement of
culinary arts. So, by participating at our trade
show, you are helping us help those in need.
