turns back. The other man asked what was

2 trout fillets
1/3 cup light brown sugar
1/4 cup honey
2 cloves garlic
1 tbsp. olive oil
1 pinch kosher salt
1 pinch black pepper
In food processor or blender combine honey, garlic, salt, pepper & olive oil. Spray
shallow baking dish with non-stick cooking spray. Place fillets in dish. Brush on
the honey sauce, trying to use t all. Sprinkle with brown sugar, covering the filets.
Bake until golden brown and the sugar has
caramelized (my fish took 20 minutes.)

A young and stupid pilot wanted to sound cool on
the aviation frequencies. So, this one time he was
approaching a field during the night time. Instead
of making any official requests to the tower, he
