HOW TO SUBMIT A SUPPORT ENQUIRY This topic covers how to submit a new ticket for an e-permits enquiry and track progress using the ‘support’ module. Once submitted your ticket is sent automatically to Banyards Technical Support team. Your ticket is given a unique number so that you can track what is happening from within the epermits system that you logged it against. You can also upload a document with your ticket, eg. Screen shots To submit a ticket via the e-permits system you must have a login to the system you have an enquiry about If you do not have access to the system, please email [email protected] with your enquiry details. To submit a ticket 1. Login to the e-permits system that you have a query for. 2. From the e-permits today page, select ‘support’ from the tool bar options 3. Select the ‘Submit a Ticket’ tab V2.3 Page 1 of 2 HOW TO SUBMIT A SUPPORT ENQUIRY 4. Enter a brief description of the enquiry in the ‘Subject’ field. Enter a detailed description of the enquiry in the ‘Description’ field. 5. If you have any screen shots or support document, use the ‘Attach a file’ to upload with your ticket. Click on the ‘Browse’ button and navigate to your document to load: 6. Once you have entered your details, click the ‘Submit’ button: 7. An email will now be sent to the support team. 8.
