Job Specification: ACL Support Consultant Job Title: ACL Support Consultant Division/Department: GRC Development Reporting to: (name & position of Manager and any indirect reporting lines) Professional Services Manager Main Purpose of the Position To provide ACL customers with product and technical support relating to the product, both telephonically and through [email protected] Key Deliverables and Weighting Reason for Vacancy: Replacement Provide support to end users experiencing problems using ACL software, or enquiring how to use specific features. Make pro-active support calls to ensure that all clients are satisfied Assist in testing new software and templates Accuracy on capturing all client interaction on the internal Customer Relationship Management (CRM) system; Sales Force Proactively inform supervisors of product and client trends Adhoc tasks as assigned by Manager when required Perform within stipulated call targets, and ensure superior product knowledge Technical Knowledge, Skills and Abilities High level of computer literacy Ability to troubleshoot systematically Analytical attention to detail; to diagnose problems and provide solutions Behavioural / Soft Competencies, Skills and Abilities Excellent team player Proactive; takes initiative Proven problem-solving ability High levels of emotional intelligence Education and Qualification Completed BSC IT / Computer Sciences degree, or completed Bcom Information Systems / Informatics degree Details of Experience Required Previous ACL experience will be advantageous An understanding of the internal audit and risk environment would be preferred Management Level and Details of the Management Component of this role N/A Computer Skills and Knowledge MS Office suite Working hours 08:00 – 17:00 What will make the incumbent successful in this role?
