Main Purpose of the Position
To provide ACL customers with product and technical support relating to the product,
both telephonically and through [email protected]
Key Deliverables and Weighting

Reason for Vacancy: Replacement
Provide support to end users experiencing problems using ACL software, or
enquiring how to use specific features.

Make pro-active support calls to ensure that all clients are satisfied

Assist in testing new software and templates

Accuracy on capturing all client interaction on the internal Customer
Relationship Management (CRM) system; Sales Force

Proactively inform supervisors of product and client trends


Adhoc tasks as assigned by Manager when required
Perform within stipulated call targets, and ensure superior product
knowledge

preferred
