Job Specification: ACL Junior Technical Analyst Job Title: ACL Junior Technical Analysts Division/Department: Development Reporting to: (name & position of Manager and any indirect reporting lines) Professional Services Manager Main Purpose of the Position To provide ACL customers with product and technical assistance relating to the product, both telephonically and via email. To be the first point of contact for more than 300 ACL customers, across Africa.
