להשתמש‬ ‫במקרה של מחלת כבד פעילה או כאשר ישנה‬ ‫עלייה מתמשכת ברמת הטרנסאמינזות בדם‪.‬‬ ‫אין להשתמש בתרופה אם הינך מרבה בשתיית‬ ‫אלכוהול‪ .‬אין להשתמש אם ידועה לך רגישות‬ ‫לאחד ממרכיבי התרופה או לתרופות דומות‬ ‫להורדת רמת השומנים בדם‪ .‬אין להשתמש‬ ‫אם הינך סובל‪/‬ת ממחלה של שרירי השלד‪.‬‬ ‫אין להשתמש בתרופה בנשים בגיל הפוריות‬ ‫שאינן משתמשות באמצעי מניעה נאותים‪.‬‬ ‫אין להשתמש בתרופה בילדים מתחת לגיל‬ ‫‪ 10‬ובבנות שטרם קיבלו מחזור‪.‬‬ ‫אין להשתמש בתרופה מבלי להיוועץ ברופא‬ ‫לפני התחלת הטיפול‪:‬‬ ‫אם הינך סובל‪/‬ת או סבלת בעבר מליקוי בתפקוד‬ ‫הכבד‪ ,‬הכליה‪/‬מערכת השתן; אם הינך סובל‪/‬ת‬ ‫מתת פעילות של בלוטת התריס (היפותירואידיזם);‬ ‫אם חווית שבץ או התקף איסכמי ארעי לאחרונה;‬ ‫אם את‪/‬ה או אחד מבני משפחתך סובל‪/‬ת‬ ‫מבעיות בשרירים; אם סבלת בעבר מבעיות‬ ‫בשרירים לאחר טיפול בתכשיר אחר להורדת‬ ‫רמת השומנים בדם (סטטין או פיבראט); אם‬ ‫הינך מרבה בשתיית אלכוהול או אם נהגת לשתות‬ ‫אלכוהול בכמויות גדולות בעבר; אם הינך מעל‬ ‫גיל ‪ ;70‬אם הינך סובל‪/‬ת מבעיות נשימה חמורות;‬ ‫אם את‪/‬ה סובל‪/‬ת מעוויתות‪ ,‬מהפרעה או מחוסר‬ ‫באלקטרוליטים או באנזימים מטבוליים‪ ,‬מזיהום‬ ‫חמור‪ ,‬מלחץ דם נמוך‪ ,‬מסוכרת או אם עברת‬ ‫ניתוח או טראומה לאחרונה‪.‬‬ ‫איך תשפיע תרופה לחיי היום יום שלך?‬ ‫אין לשתות כמויות גדולות של יינות או משקאות‬ ‫חריפים בתקופת הטיפול עם התרופה‪.‬‬ ‫אזהרות‪ :‬בתקופת הטיפול בתרופה זו מומלץ לבקר‬ ‫אצל הרופא באופן סדיר‪ .‬לפני התחלת הטיפול‬ ‫בתרופה זו יש לערוך בדיקה של תפקודי הכבד‪.‬‬ ‫בתקופת הטיפול בתרופה זו יש לערוך בדיקות‬ ‫רמות כולסטרול‪.‬‬ ‫על נשים בגיל הפוריות להשתמש באמצעי מניעה‬ ‫נאותים‪ .‬פני לרופא מיד במידה ואת חושבת שאת‬ ‫בהריון‪ .‬אם את מנסה להיכנס (משפיעות על‬ ‫פחות מ‪ 1 -‬מתוך ‪ 10,000‬אנשים)‪ :‬סינדרום‬ ‫סטיבנס ג'ונסון (הכולל שלפוחיות חמורות בעור‪,‬‬ ‫בפה‪ ,‬בעיניים ובאיברי המין)‪ ,‬פריחה אדומה דמוית‬ ‫טלאים‪ ,‬הפרעות בראייה‪ ,‬אובדן שמיעה‪ ,‬פגיעה‬ ‫בגידים‪ ,‬אי‪-‬ספיקת כבד‪ ,‬שינויים בתחושת הטעם‬ ‫והגדלת שדיים בגברים‪.‬‬ ‫תופעות לוואי שדווחו בסטטינים אחרים (תרופות‬ ‫מאותה משפחה)‪ :‬דיכאון ובעיות בנשימה כולל‬ ‫שיעול נמשך וקוצר נשימה‪.‬‬ מיועדת לילדים מתחת לגיל ‪.10‬‬ ‫יש להשתמש בתרופה זו בזמנים קצובים כפי‬ ‫שנקבע על‪ -‬ידי הרופא המטפל‪ .‬אם שכחת ליטול‬ ‫תרופה זו בזמן קצוב‪ ,‬יש ליטול מנה מיד כשנזכרת‪,‬‬ ‫אלא אם כן זמן נטילת המנה הבאה קרוב; אך‬ ‫בשום אופן אין ליטול שתי מנות ביחד!‬ ‫שים‪/‬י לב‪ :‬יש לחכות פרק זמן של שעתיים לפחות‬ ‫בין נטילת תרופה זו לבין נטילת סותרי חומצה‪.‬‬ ‫אופן השימוש‪ :‬אין ללעוס! יש לבלוע את התרופה‬ ‫עם מעט
