Razvijejo potrebo po sodelovanju z različnimi strokovnjaki zaradi poznavanja soodvisnosti in razvijejo sposobnost za učinkovito delo v skupini med reševanjem primerov iz prakse. 5. Razumejo sistemsko reševanje problemov kot vsakodnevno prakso na vseh nivojih. In this course students: 1. Enhance their theoretical knowledge in the field of various topics of system theories. 2. Gain the ability to apply their theoretical knowledge of system theories in practice. 3. Acquire holistic approach to analysis and understanding of problems. 4. Develop the need for cooperation with different specialists with awareness of interdependencies and develop capacity for productive team work on their case studies. 5. Understand the systemic problem solving on all levels and in everyday practice. Predvideni študijski rezultati: Znanje in razumevanje: Študenti: 1. Obvladajo specifično znanje s področja sistemskih teorij. 2. Pridobijo poglobljeno znanje na področju sistemskega razmišljanja. 3. Se naučijo prepoznavati povezave v sistemih. 4. Razvijejo sposobnost interpretacije dobljene rešitve s sistemskim razmišljanjem. 5. Se naučijo analizirati in sintetizirati različne poglede. 6. Se usposobijo za nadaljnje proučevanje na področju sistemskega razmišljanja. 7. Se zavedajo širših etičnih druţbenih in okoljskih vprašanj in etike soodvisnosti. Intended learning outcomes: Development of knowledge and understanding: Students: 1. Acquire specific knowledge in the field of system theories. 2. Have a detailed knowledge of theories in the field of systemic thinking. 3. Learn to recognise interconnections in sistems. 4. Develop the skills to interpret the gained results with systemic thinkig. 5. Learn how to analyse and synthesise different approaches. 6. Are able to pursue further analysis regarding systems thinking. 7. Can demonstrate awareness of wider social and environmental ethical issues and ethics of independence. Kognitivne/Intelektualne veščine Študenti 1. Pridobijo razumevanje in uporabo kritične analize in razvoja sistemskih teorij ter njihove uporabe v reševanju konkretnih strokovnih problemov, ob upoštevanju osnovnih usmeritev. 2. Pridobijo sposobnost iskanja in sinteze novih informacij s področja sistemskih teorij literaturi in praksi. 3. Se naučijo povezovanja različnih znanj in postopkov ter pomena uporabe strokovne literature. 4. So sposobni izbrati ustrezno metodo za pridobitev rešitve problema ter znajo presoditi o pomenu in značilnosti zbranih podatkov. 5. Znajo spoznati vse pomembne vidike o problemu (objektu) z izbiro bistvenih izbranih vidikov. Cognitive/Intellectual skills: Students: 1. Understand and apply critical analysis and theory development in the area of system theories and their usability in solving real professional problems, with minimum guidance. 2. Get the ability to search for and synthesize new information from the field of systems theories in literature and praxis. 3. Synthesize different knowledge and procedures and are aware of importance of use of professional literature. 4. Can select appropriate techniques for problem solving and are able to evaluate the importance and significance of data. 5. Can identify all important aspects of problem (object) from different most important view points. Ključne/prenosljive veščine in spretnosti Študenti: 1. Dalje razvijajo veščine in spretnosti v uporabi znanja na svojem konkretnem strokovnem delovnem področju. 2. Nadgrajujejo sposobnost samostojnega učenja. 3. Get practical experience in the field of systemic thinking. 2. Are able to act autonomously with defined guidelines and certain level of supervision. Metode poučevanja in učenja: - Predavanja s pomočjo razprave; - AV predstavitve; - obravnava študijskih primerov; - aktivno skupinsko delo Learning and teaching methods: - lecturing by discussion; - AV presentation; - case studies; - team work Načini ocenjevanja: aktivno sodelovanje na predavanjih in vajah; - seminarska naloga; Pozitivno ocenjena seminarska naloga je pogoj za pristop k izpitu. - pisni izpit ali sprotno preverjanje v obliki dveh testov (vsak do 20%) Za pozitivno oceno izpita morajo biti odgovori na vsaj tri od štirih vprašanj ocenjeni pozitivno. Delež (v %) / Weight (in %): - Assessment: - 20% 40% 40% active work in class; - seminar paper; A positive grade of seminar paper is required for access to written exam. - theoretical written exam or two tests (each up to 20%) written during the semester.
