Osnovne naloge vključujejo:
• vodenje organizacijske enote, IT projektov in projektov prenove poslovnih procesov,
• načrtovanje razvoja IT, v skladu s potrebami družbe,
• obvladovanje konceptov ključnih IT tehnologij (infrastruktura in aplikativne programske storitve),
• zagotavljanje pogojev za izvedbo dogovorjenega nivoja storitev.
IT Manager (M/F)
As an IT Manager, you will:
• lead the organizational unit, IT and business process reengineering projects,
• plan IT development, in accordance with the needs of the company,
• manage the key IT concepts (infrastructure and application software services),
• ensure the conditions for the implementation of the agreed level of service.
Kandidat/ka naj izpolnjuje naslednje pogoje:
• zaključena univerzitetna izobrazba računalniške/informacijske ali sorodne smeri,
• vsaj pet let delovnih izkušenj na podobnem delovnem mestu,

Osnovne naloge vključujejo:
• skrb za izvajanje nalog in vodenje oddelka za pomoč kupcem (procesi in organizacija),

Customer Service Manager (M/F)
As a Customer Service Manager, you will:
• implement and lead the Customer Services department (processes and organization),
• ensure delivery of customer oriented services ,
• build up and maintain a knowledge database and define processes and tools to measure and
improve customer satisfaction.

• zaključena univerzitetna izobrazba,
• najmanj pet let delovnih izkušenj na področju podpore kupcem, po možnosti kot vodja,

Osnovne naloge vključujejo:
• izvajanje notranjih in zunanjih tehničnih usposabljanj o ponudbi izdelkov podjetja,
• določitev konceptov in oblikovanje modulov usposabljanja,
• priprava in skrb za dokumentacijo usposabljanja ter načrtovanje programa usposabljanja.

• zaključena visokošolska izobrazba elektrotehnične smeri,
• zaželena znanja iz pedagogike oz. področja poučevanja tehnike,

Osnovne naloge vključujejo:
• opredelitev in zasnovo tehnične dokumentacije,
• vodenje procesa tehnične dokumentacije v skladu s potrebami kupca (od zasnove in pregleda do izvedbe),
• oblikovanje ali posodabljanje predlog dokumentov, skladnih s celostno grafično podobo družbe.

• zaključena visokošolska izobrazba,
• najmanj tri leta delovnih izkušenj na področju pisanja in urejanja tehnične dokumentacije,

Osnovne naloge vključujejo:
• podpora operativni nabavi pri nabavi strateških elektromehanskih ali elektronskih komponent in
podsestavov ter pri reševanju reklamacij,
• sodelovanje s proizvajalci, dobavitelji in razvojniki v fazi snovanja in razvoja novih izdelkov,
• iskanje in vrednotenje ponudb, priprava odprtih kalkulacij ter pogajanja z dobavitelji,
• iskanje, izbor, presoja in vrednotenje dobaviteljev,
• priprava pogodb za nabavo strateških elektromehanskih ali elektronskih komponent in podsestavov.

• zaključena srednješolska izobrazba, s pet let delovnih izkušenj ali višješolska izobrazba s tremi leti

Senior Sales Managers (M/F)
As an experienced Sales Manager, you will:
• proactively search for new sales opportunities, and establish and maintain contacts with customers,
• prepare the annual sales plan and sales forecasts, and take responsibility for ensuring that these goals are met,
• ensure the profitability of the sales portfolio,
• prepare documents, sales offers and plans,
• conduct market research and monitor the trends in the field of metering technology.
The successful candidate will meet the following requirements:
• at least post-secondary education in electrical engineering, enhanced through economics study courses,
• at least five years’ experience in sales, preferably with an international company,

Junior Sales Managers (M/F)
As a Junior Sales Manager, you will:

As a Technical writer, you will:
• provide customer oriented technical documentation,

Strategic Buyer (M/F)
As a Strategic Buyer, you will:
• provide support to Operational Purchasing in the purchase of strategic electromechanical and/or
electronic components and sub-assemblies, as well as in handling complaints and claims,
• liaise with manufacturers, suppliers and developers throughout the design and development process
of new products,
• obtain and analyse quotations, prepare cost calculations, and conduct negotiations with suppliers,
• source, assess, select and evaluate suppliers,
• draw up contracts to purchase strategic electromechanical and/or electronic components and sub-assemblies.
The successful candidate will meet the following requirements:
• secondary education with at least five years’ work experience, or post-secondary education with
three years’ work experience, preferably in electrical engineering or mechanical engineering,
• experience in providing technical support to customers of electromechanical and/or electronic
components and sub-assemblies,
• fluent in English (written and spoken),
• good communication and negotiation skills,
• excellent knowledge of MS Office programs.
