being planned for next year. The dinner serves between 1500 and 2000

available. You can purchase tickets from any middle school or high school

Kouts Athletic Hall of Fame
The Kouts High School Athletic Hall of Fame will recognize new inductees during the
upcoming basketball season. Athletes are selected for their contributions to Kouts High
School Athletics while they were students at Kouts High School. The recipients will be
selected by an anonymous committee. The third group of inductees will be recognized and
honored at the home boys’ basketball game against Knox on February 7, 2015. All
nominations for this year’s inductees must be received by the athletic director by November
1, 2014. Nomination forms are available through the Kouts High School Athletic Department
or on the Kouts High School website. Athletes selected to the Hall of Fame must have been
out of high school for at least 10 years.
Parent-Teacher Conferences for Students Grades K-8
Parent-teacher conferences for all students in grades K-8 will be held this year on
November 3rd and 6th from 3:00 PM to 6:30 PM. On November 3rd and 6th school will be
dismissed at 2:00. You should receive in the mail a teacher request from those teachers
who have requested a conference. Please return that to school promptly so conferences
may be scheduled. Please contact the school office if you have any questions. Notice
November 3rd is a date change from the original schedule.
From the Guidance Dept.
We are looking for one sophomore student to send to the Hugh O'Brien Youth Leadership Seminar during
the summer. This is a 4-day experience, usually at Butler University, where the student learns to recognize
his/her leadership talents and apply them to become an effective, ethical leader in his/her home, school and
community. If interested, please see Mrs. Robinson. For further information, visit www.HOBY.org.

congratulate Lydia as being the first recipient of the
