Mrs. Merrell shares, “Sitting still for entire day is nearly impossible for elementary students. That’s why my class thinks brain breaks are so important! GoNoodle.com is a website created for that exact reason. You can view many different dances, exercises, and breathing techniques to help get your wiggles out. When GoNoodle offered a dance contest, my class was very excited! We are even more excited to announce that after we submitted our video, our class made it on to the first ever kid-led brain break! Check out the video on GoNoodle.com and see if you can spot some of our very own Kouts Elementary students!” (Hint: They appear SIX times!)
