Zach Sommerlot, Cornerstone Community Church, Brandon, South Dakota. Pastor Zach and his wife,
Cara, have a growing heart for the poor in Brandon. They are also helping a local congregant reach out to the
Ethiopian and Somalian immigrants in the area. Pray that God’s kingdom would further invade Brandon and that
God would break down the walls of Christian nominalism, cliques, and an ‘American Dream’ mindset so prevalent in the area. Pray that God would grow the church and give them a clear focus. Pray for Zach and Cara as
they grow their family and plan to welcome their second child this month, joining brother Ryle.
Thursday
Pray for Trinity Baptist Church in Kelowna, Pray for Senior Pastor: Wayne Alguire, the staff , leadership, and volunteers as
they answer God’s calling to love God, love others and change the world through Christ. Pray for God’s hand to be on their
staff, volunteers and participants in their Children’s Program, Friendship Club, and active White Cross ministry.
Friday
Spend some time in quiet thinking about all the things God has given you. Look at the sky, the trees, your body, etc. Consider
carefully where they came from. Try to think about these things until you feel grateful and praise God for your life.
Saturday
Pray for specific members of your extended family, especially those you don't easily get along with. Pray genuinely that God will
bless them and do good things in their life.
