BAPTISM PREPARATION The next Area Wide Baptism Preparation Class for parents planning baptism of a child in the near future, is scheduled for Sunday, November 2nd, 1-3 p.m. at SS. Mary & Hyacinth Parish Center. Parents may attend before the birth of their child. Pre-registration is not necessary and there is no fee. Godparents are also encouraged to attend. It is a way for parishioners to say Thank you to all of our Diocesan Priests in the area and especially to Our Parish Priest, Fr. Dave. When you see our priests, please say Thank You to them for all they do, all day and every day. OCTOBER 12, 2014 Our after school Spanish classes have recently begun on both Tuesdays and Thursdays. Mrs. Kendria Bakken, our current 4K teacher, is teaching the 5K-2 classes, and Ms. Sarah McMahon, former ASCS graduate, is teaching the 3-5 classes. The 6-8 Spanish classes will begin in February and will also be taught by Sarah McMahon. Through a generous donation, interested ASCS students are able to attend these classes for free! There are many upcoming ASCS events to look forward to. Please join us! With the purchase of the $10.00 calendar, the name and code number become eligible for 151 prizes. Each code number is included in each and ALL drawings. The code number remains in the drawing no matter how often it is drawn as a winner. Again, there will be 154 opportunities to win, with a total of $7,225 in cash prizes being awarded. The drawings will be held at All Saints Catholic School at 8:00 a.m. on the designated days. Must have at least a two year degree in accounting and must be knowledgeable of Non-profit Fund, Accounting and Proficient in the Great Plains Accounting Program. Flexible hours. JOHN CHRISTIAN MOTHERS & ALTAR SOCIETY The weekend of October 11th & 12th is designated as “LICK FAMILY VIOLENCE” Weekend. Suckers are available for a donation at all the entrances after each mass by members of our parish from the St. John Christian Mothers and Altar Society. Your donation for the “Lick” family violence campaign will help aid Avail in Antigo. Please be generous! KNIGHTS OF COLUMBUS KC Pancakes are back for another season!! This Sunday, October 12th 8am – Noon. We will once again be having our delicious Buttermilk and Potato Pancakes, Pork Sausages, Coffee, Milk and Orange Juice. Stop in for a wonderful breakfast and say Hello to the Fabulous Staff. Our 2014 International Food Fall Festival was Held a month ago. The final bills are coming in and we anticipate a financial report to be completed very soon.
