ADULT SWIM CLUB
For high schoolers who plan to try
out for their school swim team or
adult lap swimmers who desire to
learn more about swimming.
To successfully complete the
workouts, swimmers should
be able to swim 300 yards
freestyle in 10-15 minutes.

Catch the Wave! This is a cardio
workout with fantastic sing-along
music.
DOUBLE THREAT
This class combines two of our
popular classes into one workout,
½ hour of Cycling, and ½ hour of
CXWorx.

Move to the music through a variety
of exercises designed to increase
strength, range of movement and
activities for daily living. Hand-held
weights, elastic tubing with handles,
and a SilverSneakers ball are offered
for resistance. A chair is used for
