To successfully complete the workouts, swimmers should be able to swim 300 yards freestyle in 10-15 minutes. WATERINMOTION Catch the Wave! This is a cardio workout with fantastic sing-along music. DOUBLE THREAT This class combines two of our popular classes into one workout, ½ hour of Cycling, and ½ hour of CXWorx.
