Position Availability: Technical Manager –Implementation POSITION SUMMARY The Technical Implementation Manager is responsible for providing technical product support to key customer accounts. The primary scope of the position will be to provide technical support, install and commission systems, train users, test and deploy new software releases and support the Program Manager in executing the overall project plan. The successful candidate will be able to demonstrate proven success working directly with customers, troubleshooting IT related issues and working with network and server systems.
