Any reputed manufacturer/ supplier are eligible to apply. 2. No Joint Venture is permissible. 3. The Tenderer should have supplied the equipments similar to the type specified in the schedule of requirements for atleast one municipal solid waste processing plant in any one of the last three years i.e. between 2011–2012 and 2013–2014 and shall be in operating condition at the time of bidding. 4. Firm should have annual minimum turnover of Rs. 14 Crore in any last two financial years in the preceding last 5 financial years and a certificate certifying the turnover from Charted Accountant to be furnished through portal. 5. Tenderer should submit their EMD and tender processing fee in the form of epayment through e-Procurement Portal (Credit Card, Direct Debit, National Electronic Fund Transfer (NEFT), and Over the Counter (OTC). 6.
