The tender should be submitted into two parts i.e. PART- I (Technical bid) and PART-II (Price Bid). Part- I bid should consist of: a. Earnest Money Deposit particulars (Earnest money/ cost of tender paper is to be deposited at the office of Dy. Manager Finance, BCW by cash or Bank Draft from any Nationalized Bank in favor of BCCL payable at Dhanbad) b. Experience Certificate. c. PAN, TIN & VAT (for supply items) registration number. d. Declaration by bidders as per specified format. e. Sales Tax Registration/ TIN no. / VAT Clearance Certificate f. The tenderer should submit Income Tax certificate for last three years. g. All the credential & certificate is to be submitted in the name & style of the tenderer firm to whom tender paper was issued. Any other form may lead to rejection of Tender. Part- II bid i.e. price bid should consist of tender documents as sold to the tenderer duly filling in rates amount etc. Part- I & II should Eligibility Criteria: be submitted in two separate sealed envelopes superscripted as such. 1. The intending tenderer must have in his name as a prime contractor experience of having successfully completed similar works during last 07 years (Seven yrs). Ending last day of month previous to the one in which the bid application are invited (i.e. eligibility period should be either of the following). a. Three similar completed works each costing not less than the amount equal to 40% of the estimate cost. OR b. Two similar completed works each costing not less than the amount equal to 50% of the estimate cost. OR c. One similar completed works each costing not less than the amount equal to 80% of the estimate cost. 2. Average annual Financial Turnover of contractual works during the last three years ending 31 st March of the previous Financial Year should be at least 30% of the estimated cost. 3. The experience as given in the eligibility criteria should be in the name and style in which the tender is submitted. The experience of the partner, if any, of the tendered firm will not be entertained.’ 4. The tender will be received at the office of the undersigned in a tender box up to 10.30 AM sharp on Dated: 18.10.2014 in presence of attending tenderer or their authorized representative and TC members and PartI of the tender will be opened on the same date i.e. Dt:18.10.2014 at 01.00 PM. 5. Tenders without EMD will be rejected out rightly. 6. The responsibility for arrangement of all input materials required for the work shall be with the contractor unless otherwise specially mentioned in bill of quantity. 7. The Management of BCCL doesn’t bind itself to accept the lowest tenderer and reserve the right to reject any or all the tenders without assigning any reason whatsoever and also split up the work and distribute between two or more tenderers or accept the tender in part and not in entity. 8. The contractors shall have to abide by all the rules and regulation as per latest revision of Contract Labour (Regulation and Abolition) Act 1970, Central Rules 1971 and Service Tax liability under relevant Act. 9. The Contractors must engage 20% PAP labour for completion of work, if work is awarded. 10. The contractors must submit the prescribed declaration form duly signed. 11. The validity of the tender will be 120 days from the date of opening of price bid or revised price bid whichever is later. 12. The cost of tender paper is to be deposited in shape of Bank draft drawn on any Nationalized Bank in favor of “BHARAT COKING COAL LIMITED” payable at Dhanbad, if downloaded from website. 14. The contractor shall be exclusive for payment to his workman/ labour as per minimum wages act in force and no liability on his account shall be accepted by BCCL Management. 15.
