AQUA -WATER AEROBICS. Fun exercise to music in our heated
pool.
BAILA - Latest dance fitness class from South America. Based on a
professional dance background with only 10 easy steps.
BODY BALANCE - A pre-choreographed mind/body program
combining Yoga, Tai Chi & Pilates accompanied by gentle music.
BODY BAR - Non-impact class that will give your body a complete
workout using weighed Hex bars and dumbbells. This class works all
muscle groups with a focus on correct lifting techniques.
BODY PUMP - Strength training class using gym exercises with
barbells. No aerobics or coordination required – work at your own
weight. Results are guaranteed.
BOOTCAMP - An indoor bootcamp style class using kettlebell weights
to develop incredible core strength and total body conditioning.
BOXCIRCUIT - Cardiovascular exercise utilising proven boxing
training techniques. An enjoyable way to achieve fitness, muscle tone
and weight loss. Experience the fitness benefits enjoyed by boxers
without the physical contact. Suitable for men, women and children
from 14 years.
BOXING - Using individual punch bags this class teaches punch/kick
techniques, is high energy & motivating. Great for both men & women.
CHI BALL - Using colour and aromatherapy in a small soft handheld
ball, the class encompasses dance, Tai Chi, Pilates, Yoga and
relaxation. Low impact and low to medium intensity – you will feel
rejuvenated yet calm after this class.
ENERGISE & TONE - Fun, dymanic circuit class in group fitness
room utilizing varied fitness equipment, weights and fitballs, medium
to high intensity cardiovascular workout. Starts your day off well
FITBALL - A unique and effective exercise class using fitballs plus
weights to sculpt and tone every muscle whilst providing core stability
and functional strength.
FT – Functional training sessions are designed to test your strength
and conditioning using innovative and highly effective routines
maximizing your results. A class very popular with both male and
females.
HIIT – High Intensity Interval Training. The fastest and most effective
way to get results!
HI/LOW - Aerobic conditioning class using high and low impact
movements.
‘HOT CLASSES’ - Exercising in a hot room enables your body to
stretch further aiding in preventing injuries by stretching muscles that
are already warm.
LIA – Low Impact Aerobics.
KICKBOXING - Using individual punch bags this class teaches
punch/kick techniques, is high energy & motivating. Great for both
men & women.
PILATES - A popular body conditioning system centering on your core
anatomy. Body alignment, breathing and strengthening abdominal
muscles are essential to this technique. Your Pilates workout will
assist and benefit you not only in other classes but life itself! Class is
suitable for beginner and intermediate level participants.
ROLLER - You will work through a series of corrective exercises on a
foam roller designed to release fascia trigger points, reduce muscle
tension, break down tissue adhesions and scar tissue, improve blood &
lymphatic circulation, relieve pain and prevent injury.
RRR – Ride, Run, Reps! Fantastic combination of the stationary bike,
running and endurance reps. Your very own indoor and outdoor
triathlon!
SPIN - Stationery indoor cycle class. Work at your own pace.
SPIN CIRCUIT - A 1 hour class commencing in the spinning room. The
first component of this class is spin followed by a variety of different
cardio vascular and conditioning exercises designed to challenge and
motivate.
STRENGTH CONDITIONING CIRCUIT - This strength/aerobic training
class is a supervised weight program especially designed for mature
ages people who want to work hard.
STRENGTH CIRCUIT - This 45 minute class incorporates a variety of
different cardio vascular and conditioning exercises targeted to seniors.
It’s a fun filled class where you are encouraged to work at your own
level.
SUNRISE SURPRISE – Fun, dymanic circuit class in group fitness
room utilizing varied fitness equipment, weights and fitballs, medium to
high intensity cardiovascular workout. Starts your day off well
THT - TUMMY, HIPS & THIGHS. Low energy aerobics class
concerned with isolation work for tummies, hips and thighs. Suitable
for all levels.
TOTAL WORKOUT - A total body workout with hi-energy, hand
weights and creative choreography. A great all round workout.
TRX - Suspension strength training incorporating core strength work
and large muscle groups working together through a series of
exercises using all the muscles in the body. Starting with shorter
working intervals and longer transition periods in order to familiarize
yourself with the TRX and its exercises you can work up to the
advanced programs as your fitness level increases.
YOGA - Floor work & stretching exercises, excellent for improving
flexibility, balance, breathing, healing specific ailments and enlightening
the spirit.
ZUMBA - All the rage from Hollywood to Europe, Zumba combines
Latin, African and Bollywood rhythms. This unique class has a party
atmosphere yet trains your body with intervals of intensity and body
sculpting strength work.
ZUMBA GOLD – Has been designed for people of all ages and
abilities. It’s fun, safe and easy!

There has been lots of goings on with underutilised spaces suddenly transforming into
wonderful new services. Last month we welcomed Ashika and her skin and body rejuvenation
center “Configure” and this month Chris opens his Pilates Studio.
We encourage members to drop in and have a chat with Ashika and Chris and become
familiar with the great services that they offer. They really appreciate your support and we
appreciate the valuable addition that they make to the club.

Class Changes
CANCELLED CLASS-Friday 10.30am Chi Ball with Rebecca. Rebecca’s study timetable means
that she won’t be available to teach this class until mid December so it’s not so much
cancelled as suspended! There is a fantastic 8.30am fitball/Pilates class at Trackie on this day
or 10.30am Pilates.
Power Station …try something different!
Ok , we admit that the winter weather was a bit brutal down at the open air station but now
that spring has sprung it is defiantly the place to be . If you have been a little chicken to come
down then now is the time to DO SOMETHING DIFFERENT and enjoy a new experience. Classes
cater for all fitness levels so dont be shy!
