(In Wales) Six Welsh Martyrs & Their Companions 25th October For the whole of this week’s daily 1st Weekday Mass Readings, we will be listening, like Paul, to all the good things the Lord has done for us. ********** In Luke’s Gospel passages this week, we find Jesus battling against his jealous enemies, still trying to catch him out. We may find ourselves in such a condition but we just have to keep on in our Journey in Faith knowing that the Holy Spirit will never let us down. Some memorable statements: If you keep the faith, ‘you will be built into a house where God lives, in the Holy Spirit’. So some of us, the gift was to be apostles, ‘If we live by the truth and in love, we shall all grow in all ways into Christ, who is the Head by whom the whole body is fitted and joined together … … So the body forms until it has built itself up in love’.
