1. Update the area Inventory and motions to appoint adhoc committee to review Inventory
survey.
New Business:
1.
The Delegate will be responsible to select a speaker to attend 2015 Pre-Conference Spring
Assembly. Prior approval from the Area Assembly for expenses must be obtained. “Motion to
approve expenses for 2015 Pre-Conference Spring Assembly Speaker”
2.
Motion that The Area chairperson form as adhoc committee to review the structure and operating
procedures. As per our current SOP’s.
3.
The Area committee recommends To request A.A. World Services to add the words “Area
Registrar, if applicable” to the distribution list on the bottom of the Alcoholics Anonymous
Group Information Change Form (F-28) to make it “FOUR WAYS TO RETURN THIS FORM”.
4.
The area committee recommends To request A.A. World Services to add the words “Area
Registrar, if applicable” to the distribution list on the bottom of the Alcoholics Anonymous
New Group Form (F-30) to make it “FOUR WAYS TO RETURN THIS FORM”.
5.
The area committee recommends To request A.A. World Services to add the words “Area
Registrar, if applicable” to the distribution on the bottom of the A.A. English District
Committee Member & District Committee Member Chair Change Form (F-43).
6.
Notice of Motion from Park Group to District 10, Area 86, regarding Area 86 Map expenditure.
That park Group proposes that the new copy of the area districts be printed as required and
that Mr. Ken F. of District 25 be reimbursed for the cost of creating the map. We further
propose that the map be up dated every 5 years, as required for the next new panel and that
the fall assembly in year 4 of the then current panel approve the expense in its creation.
7.
Does Area 86 wish to participate with the other 9 Areas to host an Eastern Canada Region
Hospitality Suite at the 2015 International Convention in Atlanta. Each Participating Area will
contribute $250.00.
8.
Election a Candidate for the Trustee at Large Canada. Current Delegate Jim Wilson to
conduct Election process.
