WCBC POLICIES WINTER MARKET
Register and pay online at www.wcbc.us - or - complete the attached reservation form and return it to the
church office no later than 4:30 pm on Monday, November 3. Full payment is required with all booth
applications. You may bring your own tables and/or chairs or can rent either from us. We have limited
availability of tables (6’ or 8’), folding chairs and booths with electrical outlet access. All will be reserved on
a first-come, first -served basis at an extra cost. All booth reservations are final and non-refundable.
Merchandise should be appropriate and in good taste keeping with the theme of the Winter Market. The
market team reserves the right to ask vendors to remove any and all items they deem inappropriate in this
church setting. Alcohol related products, including wine, will not be permitted. Brand products that allow
only one vendor per event will be assigned to the first vender paid application. Please submit a photo
sample of your merchandise with your application.
Vendors are responsible for their booth set-up and take-down and should keep and leave their area clean
and in good order. If you have reserved a table or chairs, you may pick them up in the designated area. At
the close of market, each vendor is responsible for cleaning up their booth area, returning tables and chairs
to the designated area and disposing of any trash. Trash receptacles will be available in the back of the
Worship Center.
Participants should conduct themselves in an exemplary manner at all times. Use of any tobacco product is
not allowed on the premises (inside or outside) at any time. This includes the restrooms, foyers, and
porches. No alcoholic beverages or illegal drugs are permitted on the premises.
Liability statement: Use of the WCBC facilities and/or equipment will be at the risk of the participant.
WCBC does not assume liability or responsibility for any user. We do not make any express or implied
warranty of the premises, equipment, machinery, fixtures, or furniture.
Your participation in the 3rd Annual Winter Market is greatly appreciated. All proceeds from booth rentals
and admission tickets will benefit the WCBC Children’s Ministry. Vendors are not asked or required to
share profits from sales. The Winter Market Planning Team thanks you for joining us in this event and look
forward to hosting the 4th Annual Winter Market next year.
Booths will be reserved on a first-come, first-served basis for any sales representative of a company (Mary
Kay, Thirty-One, etc.) that allows only one booth per show. We will keep a waiting list and will contact the
next representative listed should the first one decide to opt out of the event.

Inside booths are limited so sign-up EARLY! A completed Reservation Form and Fee paid in full must be received before
a booth is reserved. Brand-name products that allow only one vendor per event will be awarded to the first paid
representative. Additional representatives will be placed on a waiting list in the order of application and advised if the
booth becomes available. Booth reservations are final and non-refundable.
