Meyer Jabara Hotels has owned and managed hotels since 1977
under the leadership of William Meyer and Richard Jabara.
Bill Meyer is Chairman of Meyer Jabara Hotels and leads the
Company’s West Palm Beach location. Following his graduation
from the Wharton School of the University of Pennsylvania, The
London School of Economics and Georgetown University Law
School, Bill Meyer became a member of the New York and Florida
Bars and a specialist in real property law. He was serving as
President and Chief Executive Officer of Servico, Inc., one of the
nation’s largest hotel companies, when he and Richard Jabara
joined their knowledge, ideas, and skills. Today he brings to the
partnership expertise in hotel purchases, sales, and development
as well as an in-depth knowledge of finance, joint ventures, and
real property law.
Richard Jabara is President and Chief Executive Officer of Meyer
Jabara Hotels, leading the organization from its Danbury Office.
This second generation hotelier has over forty years of hospitality
experience. Under his leadership, Meyer Jabara Hotels has won
numerous awards for excellence from five different franchisors,
and our hotels are consistently recognized as community leaders.
The longevity of Meyer Jabara Hotels has given us the experience
of managing hotels through good economies and bad. Our
learning culture, implementation of best practices, and quick
response to change has produced a consistent track record of
performance that exceeds industry norms for occupancy, rate,
and REVPAR.
Meyer Jabara Hotels is approved to manage hotels licensed
by top franchisors in the industry – Marriott, Hyatt, Starwood,
Hilton & IHG. We have created our own brand, “Harbor Magic,” by
successfully theming each of our independent properties.
Over the years, Meyer Jabara Hotels has successfully owned and
managed hotel assets in partnership with numerous institutional
investors, banks, insurance companies, and private equity firms
such as the University of Pennsylvania, Morgan Stanley, UBS,
Union Labor Life Insurance Company, Bank of New York Mellon,
Heyman Properties, and Fireman Capital Advisors.

conversion rates and produce a higher ADR on every booking. Our
Accounting & Revenue Management services work together to assure
that we are maximizing revenue growth while minimizing our costs.
