Once ID is received and validated, an email confirmation will be sent. Students who are Attendees do not need to email their IDs in advance, but will be asked to show the ID when checking in onsite. The non-member fees include a one-year membership to ASME. Refund requests for conference attendees MUST be submitted in writing to [email protected]. Once the request is approved, a refund, less a $100 administrative fee, will be applied to the same method of payment used for the registration. The deadline to request a refund is November 3, 2014.
