Ages are taken as at 01.01.14.
All competitors to wear Shirt and Tie, Cream/White jodhpurs, Jacket.
Body Protectors are strongly recommended for Juniors in classes 1 & 2.
Riding Club Rules and Condition of entry apply.
The organisers do not accept any responsibility for any accidents that may occur
to riders, horses, ponies, spectators, helpers or their property whilst at any Riding
Club event.
Hard hats to BS standard PAS015, EN1354 must be worn at all times whilst
mounted and also the correct riding attire.
CHIN STRAPS MUST BE SECURELY FASTENED AT ALL TIMES WHILST
MOUNTED.
No horse or pony under 4 years of age may compete in any event.
Respect must be shown at all times to other competitors and spectators, outside
of the show ring and practice area WALKING ON HORSES ONLY PERMITTED.
The organisers reserve the right to cancel, amend or alter classes if deemed
necessary.
Please let the organisers know as soon as possible if you are unable to compete.
ABSOLUTELY NO OUTSIDE ASSISTANCE WILL BE TOLERATED.
Horses and ponies must not be left unattended in the lorry park unless secured
correctly inside a trailer/horse box.
ANY PERSON WHO FAILS TO COMPLY WITH THESE RULES
MAY BE ASKED TO LEAVE THE PREMISES.
Spot checks on tack will be carried out throughout
the competition
THE JUDGES DECISIONS WILL BE FINAL
