Contemporary Art Spaces Mandurah invites
you to engage in an exciting Christmas
exhibition as part of the 2014 CASM exhibition
program. CASM is calling for expressions
of interest from artists, crafts workers and
designers working in all media including but
not limited to works on paper and canvas,
photography, ceramics, glass, jewellery,
textiles, sculpture and woodwork.

based on images provided therefore please
make sure they are of good quality.

be exhibited at any one time at the discretion
of CASM with additional works held in reserve
to replace those sold.

CASM Tiny Treasures: Christmas Artists
Sale will open on Saturday 29 November in
conjunction with a new e-book launch by local
author Kez Wickham St George. It will be a
changing display allowing purchased works
to be removed and replaced over the duration
of the exhibition which will come to close on
Sunday, 25 January 2015.

Tiny Treasures: Christmas Artists Sale
provides an opportunity for makers to access
the Christmas retail market and January
holiday tourist market and offers shoppers
the opportunity to purchase accessible and
affordable smaller objects for self acquisition
and gifts.

Provide a stamped self-addressed envelope if you wish your CD to

IMPORTANT DATES
• Artwork can be 2 or 3 dimensional not exceeding 30cm
• Artwork work must be original and of high quality
craftsmanship
• All work must be suitably presented, framing is optional, and
must meet appropriate health and safety standards
• Artworks are not to exceed a sale price of $300
• Costs of delivery to CASM are the responsibility of the artist
and artwork must be well packed and suitable for travel.
CASM will accept no responsibility for artworks damaged in
transit
• All two dimensional artwork must be fitted with 2 x D latches
no less than 40mm from the top of the work
• Any entries deemed inappropriate for exhibition will be
excluded
• Your name, artwork title and sale price must be firmly
attached to the back of the artwork but not glued
• CASM will take all due care with your work however takes
no responsibility for the insurance of your artwork and will
not be held liable for damage or theft over the course of the
exhibition.

Sales and Commission
• All artwork must be offered for sale
• The sale price will include 15% commission payable to
Contemporary Art Spaces Mandurah
• Artists must supply an ABN or Statement of Supplier Form to
CASM with delivery of artwork
• Artists will be notified periodically of sales and will be
presented with monies from the works at the completion of
the exhibition.
Copyright
• Copyright remains with the artist but the artist will extend
the right for CASM to use the images of the artworks for
promotion and educational purposes.
Gallery Sitting
• To provide the opportunity of having CASM open during
January, exhibiting artists will be required to sit in the gallery
for one six hour time period or two three hour time periods
• The roster will be set prior to the exhibition and all artists
will be provided with training from the Gallery Development
Officer.
