Terms & Conditions of SingTel Mobile Prepaid Kopitiam Top-up Lucky Draw. (“Lucky Draw”)
This Lucky Draw is carried out by SingTel Mobile Singapore Pte Ltd (“SingTel Mobile”) and is subjected to
these terms and conditions (“Terms”).
1.
The Lucky Draw is open to all targeted SingTel Prepaid customers (“Customers”). SingTel Mobile may
from time to time in its absolute discretion decide on the eligibility for participation in the Lucky Draw.
2.
To qualify for the Lucky Draw, each Customer will have to top up a SingTel Prepaid mobile line via
Kopitiam kiosks during the period commencing from 20 Oct to 30 Nov 2014, both dates inclusive
(“Qualifying Period”). Each Customer shall be entitled to one (1) Lucky Draw entry for every top-up of $10
and five (5) Lucky Draw entries for every top-up of $15 and above via Kopitiam Kiosks during qualifying
period.
The Lucky Draw shall be held at Comcentre II, 31B Exeter Road on 4 December 2014 (“Draw Date”).
There shall be twenty (20) winners for the Lucky Draw. Each winner will receive one (1) XiaoMi RedMi Grey
handset (“Prize”).
3.
Winners shall be notified by SMS or phone. Winners who are not contactable within two (2) consecutive
working days shall be disqualified and SingTel Mobile shall draw an additional winner to substitute the
disqualified winner.
4.
Winners shall collect their Prize within the collection period and at the appointed venue specified by
SingTel Mobile, and shall comply with any instructions specified by SingTel Mobile. In the event a winner
fails to collect a Prize within the collection period and/or fails to comply with any other instruction or
condition specified by SingTel Mobile, the Prize may be forfeited at SingTel Mobile’s absolute discretion.
5.
The Prize is not transferable, not exchangeable and not redeemable for cash or other prizes. There will
be no replacement in the event the Prize is lost or stolen.
6.
In the event that the Prize incurs any tax liability, such tax is the sole responsibility of the winner.
7.
SingTel Mobile reserves the right to disqualify an otherwise eligible Customer from winning the prize
and/or substitute another Customer as the winner in the event that SingTel Mobile in its absolute discretion
believes that the particular Customer may have contravened, will contravene or has contravened any of
these Terms and/or may bring SingTel Mobile into disrepute. In the event the Prize has already been
awarded to such a Customer, the Prize must be returned to SingTel Mobile at the Customer’s cost and
expense.
8.
SingTel Mobile reserves the right to substitute the Prize with another prize of lower or equivalent value,
whether of similar nature or otherwise without prior notice.
9.
SingTel Mobile reserves the right to use the name and picture/photograph of the winner in any
advertising and/or promotional materials and/or on SingTel Mobile’s websites without prior notice, or
otherwise engage the winner in any form of publicity for SingTel Mobile.
10. SingTel Mobile reserves the right to partially or completely cancel, terminate or suspend the Lucky
Draw for any reason without any liability whatsoever.
11. SingTel Mobile’s decisions on all matters pertaining to the Lucky Draw are final and binding. No further
correspondence regarding the Lucky Draw, these Terms or any decision made by SingTel Mobile in
connection therewith and/or the results will be entertained. SingTel Mobile reserves its absolute right to
determine an outcome and act as it deems fit in any dispute and/or issues relating thereto.
12. SingTel Mobile shall not be liable to any person in any way for any loss or damage howsoever arising
from or in connection with the Lucky Draw and/or any of the Prizes.
13. SingTel Mobile reserves the right at any time to amend or delete these Terms and/or any of the
instructions or explanations at its sole discretion without prior notice. Any such changes shall be binding
and will take effect immediately upon such amendment, change or deletion. Participation in this Lucky Draw
shall constitute acceptance of these Terms and any amendment(s) thereof.
