Blessed be the holy Trinity, + one God,
the Sovereign over all the earth,
the Wisdom from on high,
our merciful Judge and Savior.

Let us boldly approach the throne of grace,
trusting in God’s mercy and love.

Generous and faithful God,
we confess to you all the ways,
known and unknown,
that we reject and undermine your steadfast love.
Though you made us your people,

God of Peace, we are confronted
with so many overwhelming needs in our world.
Walk with us as we set aside our own desires and wants
and join the call to alleviate human suffering.
Transform these financial gifts into genuine acts of concern
and ministry to others. In the name of the One
who surpasses all understanding, we pray.

Presiding Minister: Gathered into one by the Holy Spirit, let us pray as Jesus taught us:
Our Father in heaven,
hallowed be your name, your kingdom come,
your will be done on earth as in heaven.
Give us today our daily bread.
Forgive us our sins as we forgive
those who sin against us.
Save us from the time of trial
and deliver us from evil.
For the kingdom, the power, and the glory
are yours, now and forever. Amen.

Eucharistic Prayer
We give you thanks, Holy God, through Jesus Christ, your beloved Son,
whom you sent in this end of the ages
to save and redeem us and to proclaim to us your will.
He is your Word, inseparable from you,
through whom you created all things,
and in whom you take delight.
He is your Word, sent from heaven to a virgin’s womb.
He there took on our nature and our lot
and was shown forth as your Son,
born of the Holy Spirit and of the virgin Mary.
He, our Lord Jesus, fulfilled all your will
and won for you a holy people;
he stretched out his hands in suffering
in order to free from suffering those who trust you...
...Send your Spirit upon these gifts of your church;
gather into one all who share this bread and wine;

Please come forward as the ushers direct. You will be given bread.
You may eat the bread and drink; or intinct (dip) in the large cup and eat. Please
move to the appropriate server. The silver cup has wine; the oversize pottery cup
has grape juice for intinction. Gluten free communion wafers are available. Please
let Pastor Kathy or the assisting minister know when you come forward. After you
commune, feel free to kneel at the altar rail in silent prayer.

O God, the host at every meal, at this table you spread out a feast for all peoples,
the bread of life and the cup of salvation. Send us from this banquet
to invite others into these good things, to let justice roll down like waters,
and to care for the least of our sisters and brothers; through Jesus Christ,
our Sovereign and our Savior. Amen.
