This seventh edition course combines interactive learning with scenario-based assessments to give nurses a comprehensive learning experience. TNCC, widely recognized as the premier course for hospitals and trauma centers worldwide, empowers nurses with the knowledge, critical thinking skills and hands-on training to provide expert care for trauma patients.    Rapid identification of life threatening injuries Comprehensive patient assessment Enhanced intervention for better patient outcomes The course is intended for registered nurses. Others may audit the course but cannot participate in skill stations or the written exam. To successfully complete the TNCC, the learner must complete the online learning modules, achieve a minimum of 80% on the written examination, actively participate in all skill stations and demonstrate all critical criteria and at least 70% of all steps in the Trauma Nursing Process Psychomotor Evaluation Station. TNCC Providers are verified for a period of 4 years. The Emergency Nurses Association awards 17.65 hours of continuing education. Participants who attend the entire course will obtain CE regardless of their performance during testing.
