Also - attention music students - it’s not too late to join the NAHS Jazz Band. The NAHS Jazz Band rehearses on Wednesdays in the band room at 2:40PM. Any musicians who would like to join, please come to this week’s rehearsal --- and bring your instrument too. All are welcome to come. REPEATS From Mr. Schmalbach: A reminder to all seniors that the written portion of your Graduation Project is due in the library no later than Monday December 8. Seniors who do not hand in their paper by that time will not be eligible to attend the Senior Banquet. The project completion guide can be found on the NAHS Library site at www.nahslibrary.org/gradproject.html Attention Students: The Municipality of Norristown is pleased to announce their 20th annual Black History Essay and Drawing Contest. Students are invited to submit an essay or drawing about a person they admire. One student will be awarded a fifty-dollar gift certificate and a certificate of recognition. All essays and or drawings should be submitted to Mrs. Dunston by Friday, December 5, 2014. Information/cover sheets are available in the main office. FROM MR. DINENNO: Any gifted junior or senior interested in being part of the Norristown High School team at 2015 Montgomery County Academic Competition should see Mr. DiNenno as soon as possible.
